Q1: Can I get an actual sample before place the order?

A1: We would like to make a free sample. But you should pay the freight. It will be great if you could provide the freight collect account or we will charge for the shipping cost.

Q2: Can you do the design for our logo?

Q3: How thick is your acrylic block? Do you offer different thickness options?

A3: The default thickness of our acrylic logo blocks are 20mm or or approximately 0.78” thick in clear / transparent color. But we can provide many thickness of acrylic for you choose. The thicker acrylic block are heavier and more durable, but also more expensive. Please contact us for a quote and any additional help needed to order thicker acrylic blocks.

Q4: How to print the logo or photo?

A4: The default printing is screen printed black logo on the back to be viewed through the acrylic. All clear polished, and we can print by UV printer which is scratch resistant also.

Q5: How will the order be packed?

A5: Each Piece into one PE Bag + Each Piece into one inner box + Put the foam around the Master Carton. You will receive them safely.

Q6: How to pay the order?

A6: You can choose payment by Bank Transfer, PayPal or Western Union.

Q7: How to ship the order?

A7: For the small order, we ship by Express. such DHL,UPS, FedEex & TNT. and You will receive them within 4-7 days after ship out. For big order, we will ship out by sea or air.
